We make changes that fit the lifestyle in order for it to be effective long term and simple to implement.

We only add habits that fit into the lifestyle and complement it. But we also do that gradually by adding 1-2 behaviour changes, habits, or progressions at a time.
Why?
Getting 1-2 things right is easier than 9 or 10.
It keeps focus simple.
A new habit takes conscious effort, like learning to drive a car. Overwhelm prevents that habit formation happening.
We do long term results. Not quick-fix beach bods.

To do that, we need to delve into a few things:
What's most important to us in life?
What belief's do we have that hold us back?
Who Do We Want to Be? (the best version of us)
And what are our own pillars for success?

Like riding a bicycle, we need stabilisers at the start.
This accountability aspect, where we have 1-2-1 coaching calls each week, acts as the stabilisers.
But like lifting the stabilisers up on the bicycle, and eventually taking them off, you become less coach reliant, and internalise the accountability through the work we do on Pillar 3.
