IN CASE YOU WANT TO HEAR MORE…
Ed - As CFO in a NY business, father of 2, and husband to a wife equally as professionally busy and succesful, balancing personal affairs and wellbeing were all the more challenging.
David - An entrepreneurial CEO and Founder in the insurance industry constantly striving to create something bigger and better, but previously at the expense of keeping up physically with his family and being present.
Ian - A mid 50’s, UK based Global Account Director working across timezones from Aussie to Israel and America. Add into that a big family, with some more personal challenges requiring his patience, you can get a good idea of the weight on his shoulders. Stress management & self-prioritisation are key focuses for him to re-gain control of his health.
Mazhar - Jordanian, but UAE based CEO, Founder, and father of University aged kids, Mazhar had tried the fads over the years like most others and wanted a sustainable approach.
Vibhu - Based in Dubai, Vibhu is a Senior Executive and father who is conscious about getting ahead of any future health problems, as well as making sure that he feels & looks confident in presenting himself as a leader and role model. We’ve worked on getting him past procrastination and understanding how to play the long game to his health, without it feeling overwhelming.
Des - A father of 3, and succesful leader in the UK construction industry who sacrificed his wellbeing for years. This resulted in massive weight gain and subsequently a little bit of depression around the whole matter. After trying fads like keto, Des was ready for a sustainable approach to life.
Jon - As another high stress, high pressure business leader simultaneously trying to be a good dad and husband, Jon was looking for strong accountability alongside more pragmatic habits and mindset shifts. Ultimately, he didn’t like the belly he’d grown and the way he felt but struggled for real solutions.
Affan - Originally from Bangladesh but relocated to Toronto with his family, Affan is a business founder with a wife and no kids yet. But having spent his years building his business and sacrificing his personal wellbeing by allowing old habits & patterns to run his life, he recognised at his midlife point that his health needed to remove risks from his future plans - both personally & professionally.
Dave D’Arcy - A father of grown up children, and an internationally recognised and awarded leader in his industry. Dave had experienced previous struggles with his mental health and after leaving his previous role, took the opportunity to finally priorities himself above his career so that he can get the most out of life in the long run.
Alan - Owns a recruitment business that he built from the ground up. He’s also the father of a little girl, and husband. Business came first for many years, but changes needed to happen for him to be a better dad, leader, and husband.
Roy - Based in New York, Roy is a husband, father to a young athlete, the CEO of a successful healthcare company, and has had other succesful businesses as a serial entrepreneur. Working almost every day of the week for a love of his job, and hanging with high net-worth individuals while trying to be a good family man, he struggled to implement self-discipline and balance which left him not feeling ‘the part’ and energetically low.
Hinesh - With high levels of stress from his executive role in a large firm, Hinesh wanted to change both how he deals with high pressure and become a better role model to his kids by being healthier and building solid habits and mental strength. And thats exactly what we did!
